If you had to refund DMC4SE on Steam like I did, because the game refused to boot (even after you downloaded a hex editor to try and fix the issue yourself), you'll be glad to hear - based on my testing - the GOG release does not have this problem. I'll go out on a limb and say this is the definitive way to play DMC4SE, now and forever. WORD OF ADVICE: The DLC is NOT part of the DMC bundle or the standalone game. The only content you should buy is the Trish & Lady costume pack; everything else is optional microtransaction/Early Unlock garbage.
