I played this game on a friend's PS2. It was the last original SH game I had yet to complete, and honestly, it's the scariest of the four. It's dry, raw, and desolate. Silent Hill 1, at least, takes you by the hand with its soundtrack and mechanics, but in this one, you feel even more alone, and the soundtrack is sad and melancholic. They should give it the credit it deserves. It's not revolutionary like the first one, it doesn't have an exciting story like the second one, and it's not as fun as the third one.
