To be really honest. I've download game, complete it and pay for it only after that. It's not perfect, it's not Fallout 2, it's not balanced, it's too easy and I will not play again in it. But I don't regret about spent time, I got a pleasure from playing this game. And if you love Fallout 1&2, turn base combat and "good old times" you will got a pleasure from this game too.
