Game lacks some critical objects. Could do some fine tuning to the saves.
Tropico 4 is the typical sequal to Tropico 3.
The game was initially fun building the workers which is what i most enjoyed.
It doesnt work without direct play. could be an installation issue.
I give it 5 stars because it kicks ass.
