Overall a pretty good visual novel. The writing unfortunately seems to alternate between being legitimately good, descriptive, mystical writing on one hand, and an aspiring YA author's edgy power fantasy on the other, but it's easy enough to overlook these moments as the overall quality of the writing was still good enough to keep me engaged and interested until the end. The visuals were similar to the writing, in that sometimes they really nail the surreal, creepy, dreamlike aesthetic they seem to be going for, and other times somebody has photoshopped a wolf's head on the Gigachad guy and called it a day. Not much to say about the sound and music, although the ending song was pretty good.
I really enjoyed this game, overall. Pretty good and interesting detective mechanics and some really interesting worldbuilding. The character writing is a little weak, there weren't many characters that I really cared about, and particularly as I got close to the end, I often felt unsure as to what my motivation was supposed to be. The writing is also hampered by what seems to be poor translations -- every once in a while, statements are written in a way that feels unnatural or unclear -- and sometimes the English translation doesn't show up at all, and you'll get a bit of Polish text instead. These issues were pretty minor, though, and I don't regret buying the game. Give the demo a shot, maybe look up some reviews online, and if you like what you see, buy the full game!
Cool aesthetic, cool story/concept. FRUSTRATING controls, aiming is very finicky (at least on a controller) and QTE prompts pop up and surprise you. Feels a little unfair, but maybe I'm just salty. I put less than 3 hours into this game and encountered two different game-stopping, progression-blocking bugs. Very annoying, might get a refund.
