One of the best of its generation. This game has all that makes a game good. A bloody shame the controller doesn't work 'cause I played it first on console, back on the day, and now it feels weird playing with the mouse and such. Awesome lore and story, likeable characters. Good gameplay... Not a perfect game at all, no close. But really enjoyable and in my opinion a must
Love this game so much! A friend gifed it to me (in another platform sadly) and I must say it's awesome. Art is lovely, characters super cute, metroidvanian missions, music fits perfectly...Other reviwers had told the feeling better. I can't add much. This game is an awesome mix you just have to play and enjoy to get it.
I love this title. It was totally overlooked and I think it's a shame. Maybe everyone doesn't like parkouring enough, maybe some don't like the heights (there's lots of jumping between skycrapers), but that's not all the game is about. There's fighting also, though running away like a bullet with no clue where to run to is most of the fun in the game. The story is good and the characters are charismatic and cool. You need to be pretty concentrated because the control combos are not that easy when you are in a rush. I liked this one way better than the last one (Catalyst was meant to be a reboot but in my opinion the original is way more interesting, challenging to play and so on)
This game had a wonderful potential, the story is cliché but it's narrated wonferfully and keeps the interest masterfully. I can say the story is the best part of the game but doesn't get to its fullest at all; it disappointed me in a way.(Let's see if the secuel mends this flaw) The gameplay is slow paced and a little clunky but bearable. Puzzles are ok. Overall is a ok game which could be definitely much more that what it is.
Simple, short but charming in a dark way. A wonderful platform game you fall for pretty fast. You will die quite a few times before understanding some puzzles, be sure of it. I don't mind dying, really, but the time the games takes to you to do so and restart is a little tedious. That been said, LIMBO is totally worth the time.
I played it when the witcher 2 was already out. I had heard wonderful things of both games but being a fan of the books I was reticent...Stupid of me!!! The witcher is an amazing start for the saga (the game saga I mean, though it still really loyal to the books. I recomend read them before playing so you enjoy all the easter eggs to the fullest). Though the grafics have grown old quite badly and the controls are a little stiff sometimes, the game is so awesome you don't even notice. (I like old games anyway so maybe I am biased) The story is well developed, the RPG is an istant classic, lots of stuff to play with. You just have to try it to understand the feeling.
This one is a rare one. Not exactly a game but a cool playable fmv experience. You go though old school detective mode with just watching interrogation videos to solve a crime. Finding clue words to unlock new videos and absorving new information. Pretty good acting and very interesting plot (though you start with almost nothing, there's more than meet the eye) I know this kind of games is not for everyone but it's awesome to people who enjoy thinking and psychiatry. Then, totally worth it SPOILER ALERT (kinda) The solving, the end, it's up to you; So be careful with you conlusions
It's a click adventure with cute and fun design and story (a very simple one, mind you). You can enjoy it without being a 4 years old too. (Not much for gameplay though, really) There're tips if your little one get stuck (or yourself). Overall Chuchel is a good experience to have them entertained for a long while. More simple than previous Botanicula and lots easier than Machinarium. My thumbsup to it if you like this kind of games.
Though with nowadays standars it have a clunky gameplay, this is a must play for the classic lovers. It's a pilar of the RPG's titles. D&D at its finest. I got absolutely transported to my childhood playing this trilogy (Well, I haven't started with the 3th but I will soon enough) Enjoyable so far. Don't forget to read the manual fully before starting your adventure or you won't get past your first "dungeon" Good buy. Each title better than the last
