Kieran Yanner is an excellent artist. That said, this is a ridiculous DLC. At this price, the least you'd expect is the portraits AND a few unique pieces of equipment, spells, etc, à la Pillars of Eternity: Deadfire Pack DLC (which is free, BTW).
