I have been playing games for 40 years, since i got the NES when i was 5 years old, ive played all the best FPS games over the years for both PC and Console. And i can tell you with my hand on my heart that this is THE best FPS experience i have ever had. What allways wins me over with GAMMA is how the progression works, you have to work and earn eveything, nothing is free, its misery. This makes it so that when you finally get rewarded for your hard work the reward feels incredibly good! That AK-47 you just used 5 hours to fix up is not just a random gun, its YOUR BABY and your gona cheerish it for the rest of your playthrough, even when you get a better gun, your gona place it your display case. This game does not hold your hand, it wants to kill you, you are not the hero, you are 1 of many who is just trying to make it to the next day. Its this respect for the player that makes me come back every new big patch
