Cyberpunk 2077

Nothing Special Whatsoever

CDPR say's let your in-game experience dictate what you write here. Well then. My in-game experience has been terrible. PC well above minimum specs, and the game runs like water-trash using the lowest possible settings. There is nothing to do except follow the main storyline. Don't even bother looking around. After a couple of hours, you will come to the realisation that everything is basically the same. While the city might look nice, there is very little intractability. Very little to in the game while walking/driving around Night City. Like nothing. The story is the only thing that can make this game in anyway playable. Combat is same old. Hacking while cool, quickly becomes just another chore and pulls you out of the action. It is just not a fun thing to do after 50 times. It is annoying. The BD’s ( Brain Dance or some lame name) like what a joke. What a total and utter annoying, pathetic, time wasting, pile of excrement. Totally undercooked. I would be embarrassed to have to tell people I worked on that....thing in CP77. I could continue, but I have wasted too long on this game already. NOT RECOMMENDED IN ITS CURRENT STATE.

River City Ransom: Underground

It is ok

Pros + Decent soundtrack + Artstyle looks cool + Stat growth system is cool + Many characters to choose from + Combo/juggling system is pretty fun Cons - Some Characters are terrible and take too long to be enjoyable. - Tooltips are awfully undescriptive - Minimap is completely useless and misleading - Some missions can be incredibly tedious - You get knocked to the ground if you run into any type of obstacle (very annoying) - Clunky controls - Many zones/levels are poorly designed:

The Mummy Demastered

Excellent game

Amazing sound track also!

This Is the Police 2

Slow And Tedious

The poorly written story just drones on and on. Number two just sucks a lot of the fun from the first game right out of it. Not a fan of the new UI or the tactical missions. Just so much busy work and very little reward. If you really liked the last one I would give it a go, otherwise I dont think it is really worth it.

SENGOKU 3

What happened here....

The game it's self is really a bit of a mess as it stands. No co-op making what is a co-op game single player. Controls feel slow and character animations just seems to make it more noticeable. Plus some other genuinely annoying things. Like NP characters can hit you from off screen, but good luck hitting them off screen :( Meaning you spend a lot of time in the middle of the screen waiting for enemies to approach you. I'm the bad ass here….right? The should be fearing every move I take forward and I should be mercilessly hammering them into oblivion. Not standing around waiting. It’s all a bit back t front. It is not a bad game for a little bit of entertainment, but there are a lot better beat'em ups out there.

BASEBALL STARS 2

Great Game.

Terrific game. Lots of fun playing. However, there is one huge problem with this game. NO SAVE FUNCTION! You could save the original NEO GEO game if you had a memory card. But for some reason this does not have that function. All other NEO GEO games I have purchased from GOG have the save function. What is going on with this game. An entire season to complete can take hours and hours. I am just expected to leave the game running in the background if i want to complete a season? Besides that one massive gripe. The game is great. Fantastic port. If you like baseball, you will love this game. Simple controls that really make you feel like the person responsible for every home run, strike and misfield.

GWENT: The Witcher Card Game

Why CDPR?

I'm not going to waste more time with this game then I already have by writing a lenghthy review. However, I will say after 500+ hrs of old gwent, putting money into the game because I loved it, dealing with the constant changes and lack of direction, I'm done. This game isn't even gwent anymore. It is just a totally new game which in comparison to old gwent, is terrible . It is now Gwent in name only. This game represents little of what made Gwent a great game. If you like a slow, boring, unintelligable game full of bugs (more now than the early stages of Beta ffs), with the most interesting mechanics removed and replaced with "Boost" and "Damage" abilites, then this might be your game. If you like a card game that actually requires brain power, will keep you awake, and make you want to play more. I would suggest you PLAY SOMETHIN ELSE. And before you go thinkning I havent even played the new gwent. I think around 30hrs is enough to decide if I like this game or not. I tried. I just can't play anymore. Cya later Gwent. I loved you. You were the best :'(

Enter the Gungeon

Your Past Will Haunt YOU!!

Enter the gungeon can be summed up in two words. Fun and frustration. It balances both well. If your looking for a game that you can just stroll through with little to no effort. This is not your game. If you are looking for a fun challenging game that may leave you pulling your hair out on the odd occasion. This is the game for you. Please don't take that as a reason to avoid this game for just a casual sit down. However if you want to finish this game you are going to have to sit down, strap in, and do some serious gaming. Some of enter the gungeons strengths lie in its randomized map and enemy generation. There are a large number of possibilities that await you behind every door. Especially in the deeper levels. There is a certain satisfaction that comes with dispatching your increasingly difficult foes. Some of which are relentless and you will find yourself having to keep your wits about your until every enemy is disposed of. There is also lots to unlock, NPCs, Shops, Weapons, Challenges etc. A couple of downsides would be the guns though numerous can be few and far between leaving you to fight increasingly more difficult enemies with just your starter weapon. The controls will take a bit to get around but they can be remapped in game menu if you wish. I would highly recommend this game to the arcade shooter/dungeon crawler fan. Hours and hours of entertainment. Great game. Note: I have not tried co-op so I can't rate this feature of the game.
