The main cartoon character (who is the anti-goth-Lofi girl) is stuck on a quest to find her chocolate bar with almonds. She is constantly struggling with this loss, and needs to find her way back home, but needs to rediscover herself in the process. The allegories, metaphors, allusion she grips with; from death, to grieving through the music (as she sits on each worlds ledge vibing through her headphones to Tim Bergling), and the eventual path back home was an emotional journey like no other. This had me crying by the end needing desperately to finish the OBLIVION world with HEAVEN(Chris Martin-Coldplay in the Bright Cut) to see how this journey ends and my sense was that this was Tim's rebirth, an homage to his passion without restraints. He dealt with so many struggles (ultimately the demons winning), like so many of us, and I felt within my soul. Each failure of "HEAVEN" my way of feeling closer, to something ethereal. The culmination to my own journey ending, and through it I felt the cold harsh reality of all the people who've died in my life, awash with even more emotion thinking of those lost to us all (Malcolm McCormick, Jarad Higgins, etc) and their inspiration and light. This truly is one of the most moving games I've played. Its identity, its symbolism, its roots, and its heart and soul. I felt every lyric, every rhythm, vocal. This game is truly one of kind.
