The storytelling is really good. Some of the gwent card game puzzles are tough to solve. Sometimes you need to calculate up to 8-10 cards in advance, while also managing the hero power, the order abilities, targetfire, placing things on the right row etc (some puzzles went up to 15+ choices that need to be sequenced perfectly). One minor sequencing mistake and you can't complete the cardpuzzle. It can be frustrating to some players but i like that challenge. Besides that i like the idea of building your own military camp, while also training your "units" which you can place into your deck. It is a cool idea. The music of the game is nice and the artwork is a bit cartoony, but i like it. Why not 5 stars? The normal gwent battles themselves are not challenging at al. If you know what you are doing you will win all 3 or 1 round battles of the first 2 maps without ever comming close to losing. Even on the hardest settings it is a giant walkover. But i do believe that the fact that i am used to multiplayer gwent makes the ai-battles a lot easier. Things like: ORDER: summon a blitz unit from your deck is just to OP if you can even play multiple cards in your deck that can also reset all charges etc. It gets to the point of summoning so many units that the entire bord is filled (with 18 units) after playing 6 cards or something like that. Add area of effect boosts to your deck and you get sick boosts as well. The battles are just to easy.
