As of the Rabbit and Pork update, this sits #2 in my favourite Fallouts since 2008. #1 - Fallout New Vegas #2 - Fallout London #3 - Fallout 3 I think it has the best atmosphere, factions, unique characters, scenery and at many times dialogue/voice acting as well from the above.
