Granted, I'm a fan of this sort of game - semi-open world, sweeping outdoor visuals, crafting, etc. - but even more than that, it's just a good game. I've heard critique of everything from the monotony of gameplay to the lack of a decent plotline, but while it's only my personal opinion, I couldn't disagree more. I grew to the point of being invested in the characters...loathed some, wanted what was best for others. I'd love to see a sequel, though I've read that it's not going to happen. It's a shame that after early reviews, none of the great feedback since seems to have made any difference.
