The Settlers IV was the first game of the series I played back in the days and it is still my favourite one. Although I have strong nostalgic feelings about it, I can say for sure the game in general aged very well. Compared to modern strategy games the mechanics are still great and the visuals are also petty to look at (considering the age of this game). Clearly, such a masterpiece deserves a five stars rating only (or an A+, or a 10 out of 10). Unfortunately, as of the time of this review, the game offered here does not work on Windows 10 out of the box. But luckily a workaround for this problem exists.
