Wing Commander™ 1+2

Bad version

I don’t get people who praise this version of the games, did they play the same game I did? It unplayable, the controls with a mouse and keyboard are horrible but tolerable but what make it even worse is the addition of slowdowns during dogfights when there are a lot of ships on the screen and when the game start to run too fast when there are not a lot of ships on the screen. I heard that the re-release of the first 3 games called "wing commander the kilrathi saga" fixed those issues (and those issues with the DOS version were even on old computers) and improved music and sound quality, but sadly it is not sold on GOG. If GOG will manage to release the kilrathi saga then there is a fan made patch that allows to play it on modern systems.

Treasure Adventure Game

A flawed gem but still a must play

This is a true gem among free indie games and I highly recommend for anyone to try it. It’s a perfect game for those who like metroidvania type game with a good simple storyline. The game mechanics are ok, at least when they are doing what they are supposed to do. sometime the platforming is pixel perfect and sometimes it's not and when you think that the game should register a vine grab its sometime doesn't do it. There are also some bugs that causes the game to freeze and crashes for some reason at the exit. I really wanted to give it 5 stars because It’s a good game but it need to be patched and polished, though I still recommend it highly.

Dungeon Keeper Gold™

Good game but.....DOS version

This game is a great dungeon building/evil overlord simulator....the only problem is that this is the DOS version which is the worst version - the better one is the windows 95 version which sadly is not this one This version is low-res, highly pixelated that run in a 320x240 - and yes I know that you can improve texture quality by pressing Alt+R but it will only change the in-game to Hi-res and will leave the main menu, overworld map and the cutscences still to be in low-res... So my advice if you already own the game - install keeperFX mod....Still it would have been nice if the 95 ver would be made compatible with newer systems and would be released in addition to the DOS one
