The last 2D sprite KOF is one of the most memorable of the franchise, the prettiest and the easiest to get into out of all of the 2D games. The visuals in this game truly stand the test of time. The gameplay is iconic and challenging at a high level. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star review is because of the netcode, which was not something that fighting game companies cared about when this game first came out. Playing this game online can be frustrating. Here's hope for a good netcode update in the future.
