Going Medieval is a great colony simulation that I keep coming back to during the stages of its development. There is much to love here. Intricate building, character interaction, nature cycles, raids, map trading.
As said by others, ignore the old outdated reviews. The game is well flowing, the DLC are cheap and add new angles to your hospitals. The sandbox mode is what I have spent most time in so far, and I must say it has been a very relaxing experience. I normally play Paradox games and such, the type of games that you enjoy but exhaust you if played long. Project Hospital keeps me equally entertained and at the same times relaxed. I can absolutely recommend this game.
In short, a highly enjoyable experience of a well crafted setting and tale. Though buggy at times the creators are hard at work rolling out the bugfixes and balance patches. Besides these glitches the game is a beautifully designed gem with various interactions of action, story and choice which does away with the pointless modern crafting and petite homebase ideas - by bringing treasured adventure path to life in the digital world.
