Terminator: Resistance is rough around the edges. The voice acting and NPC animation is very basic, level design is linear, and combat is a little too easy to survive. However, for the Terminator fan, Resistance is 100% worth playing. The developers have done their homework and display clear affection for the franchise. The atmosphere is engrossing. The soundtrack is spot on. The first time you encounter a Terminator during gameplay puts your heart in your throat, and taking on a HK tank with a canister bomb, ala Kyle Reese, will never get old. Everywhere you look in this game, you are rewarded with references both large and small to the movies. It's a basic shooter with a lot of love put into it. If the Future War scenes from T1 and T2 got you as excited as they got me, you'll find a lot to enjoy about Terminator: Resistance.
