It's just a charming, likeable, good game. And above all it has soul. The developers even hired MMA fighter Georges St-Pierre as a consultant on the fighting styles. Voice acting is off the chain, it even has James Hong for heck's sake!
Poorly optimized graphics, choppy framerate even on modern gaming PC's. All audio has been downsampled from console version, music is 22050 hz/mono, so it sounds like a DOS game from '95.
