This game is absolutely wonderfull. The characters are incredibly well crafted and feel so real. You really feel like they live around you and that they are not waiting for the hero to do things for them. I am very bad with words so I am not going to give the game justice, but this will be my reference on how to tell a story in a video game. It is incredible. Thank you Die Gute Fabrik and very very well done 💕
This review is going to be mostly subjective: I loved this game. I started a bit hesitantly, and coming from Dirt Rally 2.0 with a wheel in VR, playing this on controller felt super weird. The outside camera makes everything different, the driving felt simplistic, the tracks too simple and repetitive. I tuned the difficulty up, lowered the assists, and kept playing because of the awesome music (get that soundtrack) and amazing visuals. The more I played, the more I had fun. I began to see all the subtility in handling, all the differences between every car, all the precisions and depths that actually comes from having such simple roads of always the same size. This game can also be very relaxing. The exploration mode is a blast, and playing on lower difficulties with many assists can be very pleasing after a hard day.
