🔍Outdated review: the Unification Mod support has since been added. - GOG Staff Bought the game and immediately tried playing it with automatically and manually installed versions of the Unification mod and (3 hours later after multiple attempts failed) a manual installation of the Ultimate Apolypse Mod as well. Neither worked. I adore this game. I've bought it multiple times on steam for my entire friend group. I personally worked on the Rubric Marines faction modpack. For whatever reason, the GoG version isn't easily or readily compatible with any mods, and - since the game is so old that most modders have moved on to other projects - the folks that are left aren't likely going to waste time adding compatibility with GoG in addition to steam. I can't even describe how crushing it is to me that I can't use any of the truely exceptional fan additions to the game with the Gog copy.
