You're stuck in fullscreen, or a very tiny windowed mode. There is no way to scale windowed. On 4K+ screens, this is unacceptable. The fullscreen support causes multi-monitor setups to go nuts when you try to go do literally anything else but play the game. for 3$ I guess you could sit and stay in fullscreen. I just installed an original copy in Windows 95 + DOSBOX instead, though.
