What more can I say? It's buggy, the game doesn't start in widescreen, it stutters, the work done on this game is horrible, TRASH. Also not enough graphic options, I want to turn off that horrible graphic filter blurring the game. I'd rather have the game with no graphic filter looking blocky, clear, and crisp, than what we've been given. If you want to smooth out a game's graphics use xBRZ, xBR - round no corners, or even SABR. The only thing I got is an officially licensed ROM. You released this game is on PC, we want options, the more the better
Today people still like Diablo, I do as well. This an Old School game, I remember gaming in the 80's, 90's, and of course the 2000's. This game reminds me that so much can be taken for granted today. When this game was released, and especially Diablo 2, they were the ****. At one time we only had pixel graphics, and some games with clunky game play by todays standards were considered good, decent, or acceptable. So much has gotten better, and I don't just go by what others say, I've played SNES, and NES Classics with game play that was, and would be considered bad buy todays standards, yet are still loved today
I seen that Gate of Doom, Bad Dudes, and other Data East games were on sale on GOG, and Steam, so I bought them from GOG. While it's cool to own officially licensed versions of these games on my Windows PC, I am a little upset how these games have a horrible graphics filter in game that blurs the graphics, probably some type of linear filtering. Many arcade collections on both GOG and Steam have horrible options that are limited or have forced filtering in game. The best I've seem are the "SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics" that are now available, and the games in that collection aren't really arcade games, also "SNK 40th Anniversary Collection," and "Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle" have good options. I like my games to look clear, and sharp, and the more options available the better. Ziggurat, should patch these games, if a gaming company wants to smooth out graphics on a classic game use a scaler like xBRZ, or xBR-C. I'm going to be looking into how to mod these games like I do with my games on Steam. I have good memories playing these games. pay proper tribute to them
