Hitman 2: Silent Assassin

Has it issues but still good.

When Hitman 2: Silent Assasin released, I remember it had its fair share of criticism. And rightly so, I shoud admit while playing it now. There are quite a few moments when you struggle to understand why a guard would identify you through the disguise, and why sometimes he would not, in a same place. It feels like a millimeter of movement would decide that at times, and at times it feels as if it's a dice roll. That's not so frustrating on "Normal" when you have 7 saves for a mission, but much more annoying on harder difficulties, which I did not try playing this time. But other than that and the really glitched Japan tunnel truck mission, so far I'm really having fun with this game.

STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II

Absolute *OLD* classic

Yes, it has blocky graphics. Yes, the full-motion video cutscenes can't be rendered properly on modern machines. Yes, it is a 1997 game. What can you expect? But it's a Star Wars game featuring one of the most memorable EU characters, the one and only "Dark Side? I've been there" Kyle Katarn. If you are into playing retro stuff, and you are someone who is lucky enough to have never played it, it may be an interesting way to spend some time with the good old Extended Universe nostalgia.

Might and Magic® 8: Day of the Destroyer™

Not the best MM game

Not the best MM game, really. Not set in Erathia. But other than that, a MM game like all the others.
