But given that after 5 attempts at installing on a steam deck using heroic, gog, etc and several different guides I either a) break fallout 4, b) leave the steam deck needing a hard reset or c) have to walk away before throwing the thing through a window I really can't reccomend this to anyone who isn't an absolute pc/linux wizard. Honestly 6 hours of my life and I got the intro movie to play..... the it just loaded into regular FO4. I get that this is a work of love by the team who made it and it is free so I'm not going to join the "worst mod evarrrrr, should be betttttteerrrrr" mob but as is unless ypu are considerably better at working out why things don't work and have a much higher patience level than me do not reccomend.
Well done GOG.... I love having to print out old skool copy protection stuff since DosBox can't ctrl+tab. Really was looking forward to playing this but buying it then printing 70+ pages of fluff is kind of a deal breaker to be fair.
