Works OK on my 4 core I5 and GTX 1650 in medium settings 1920x1200, if FPS around 30 is OK for you. So it is optimized properly. City looks amazing, it is alive crowded and noisy. Story is good so far. There are some glitches here and there, but there are rather funny than annoying. Like guns staying in the air after you killed the one who was holding it. Nothing which stops you from finishing missions Enemies are sometimes stupid, I could shot them in side of the head and they don't notice where I shoot them from. Lip sync in the cut scenes is not there 50% of the times. So it is not perfect, yet. I would give it 4.5 if it was possible. I rounded it up to 5 because I think that other reviews are unfair.
