This was one of my first RPG experiences I've ever had. Way back in 2000. It was a fun straightforward game that lead you to some interesting places.. I thought the story was generic but, served it's purpose as a video game's story. The character's are nothing too memerable, except for the dwarves. The weapons and armor give you a sense of progression as you strengthen Drake, and the magic is overpowered, especially the fireball spell, which makes the game fairly easy. Not the greatest game in the world, but it's a fun ride that takes you through dungeons, catacombs, forrests, and castles. I recommend at least one playthrough.

Fallout, is considered by many to be the pinnacle of crpgs ever released. It has everything, customization, great story, great charcters, interesting enemies, a post-apocalyptic setting, dark but humorous dialogue. cinematics, different endings. Just about any fan of RPGs would love this game. I admit though that it took some time for me to get into this game, but once you do. You won't be able to stop. Anyone who has played Fallout 3, must also go back to the roots to learn about what happened in California during a post-apocalyptic America.
