An utterly chill experience. It's self-aware and funny, but also the story is genuinely engaging. Love a good cult, me.

This game absolutely commits to the bit. It encapsulates the 2000s obsession with heavy metal and "gnarly" guitars. The writing is genuinely funny and the world is great to explore. Only downside for me is the odd strategy game elements towards the end of the campaign.
For anyone who has Autumnal/Halloween rituals, this game is a must. Double Fine nail the charm of classic JRPGs and give it a cosy trick-or-treat twist.
