This game is awesome if played a long time. The learning curve is steep and keeps player entertained for more than a week or so. I played already 2 weeks and didn't get bored yet. There are of course many repetitive actions but that's about the reality of life and survival. With time player learns how to better manage the inhabitants and pass the menial tasks (gather wood, farming, crafting tools) remaining the fun of hunting and crafting more expensive items. The survival part of the game is quite hard to master as it requires crafting good and light food to be able to go in long journeys. The exploration part of the is outstanding, player can find hidden treasures, bandits, mines of various metals only through exploring the vast area of the map. A huge PLUS of the game are the outstanding graphics worked in fine details and vivid collors. The 'Romance' part keeps a verry short time (3-4 seasons) till player finds a spouse after that it's not required anymore. As a con I can think only of the fact that animals and other resources are respawning too fast (each seasons) but the tres never grow back (not even in 12 years).
