Works for me as of March 2022, maybe GOG fixed the problems mentioned in the other comments. I will say there were the occasional bugs such as things not triggering and Lara falling through solid objects that can prevent you from progressing so you should make use of all the save game slots (don't use the same one each time), that way if you encounter a bug you can simply go back. I only encountered one or two such bugs per game however so nothing serious if you make use of the save game slots. Also use the left Alt key rather than the right Alt Gr key, in modern computers the game interprets the right Alt Gr key as Alt+Ctrl and can make certain moves impossible.
