S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl - Standard Edition

Are we even playing the same game?

Amazing Game! Graphics look great. Environments are great. Map is HUGE. Exploration everywhere! Performance runs amazing on Ultra settings on a regular 3090. Story seems good with plenty of choices and freedom to solve problems your way. I have not experianced any of the issues the other reviewers have talked about. Have had zero technical issues. Shaders only compiled on first launch. Only catch was I had to swap the default keybinds for directional lean and the two quick use slots, but that was personal preference and by no means a problem.

Baldur's Gate 3

Don't backup your computer.

Nothing like dropping a steaming pile of TOS, Privacy Policy and EULA to agree to right in the opening of the game. Fun fact, making more than one backup of the game files violates the EULA! Hope you don't ever back up your computer, as you can only ever keep one copy unless you delete BG3 from the backup. This is part of the 'in-game experience' and as such is valid for review.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous - Enhanced Edition

Another RPG hit!

All the fun of KingMaker minus the bugs. A great isometric RPG, 75 hours in and still not finished with my first playthrough. Yes; some of the combat mechanics are completely unmercyful and your party will be mincemeat once or twice. Yes; some of the crusade mechanics can occasionally be frustrating and could use some fleshing out (I mean why can't I disband the piece-meal use-less units instead of suicide charging them into the demons?) But the RPG elements; character building, choices matter, story telling, companion characters, pretty art, all WAY MORE than make up for ANY of the inconvience of having to change the difficulty settings to something I am comfortable with. Sure I don't get to feel like a min-maxing save scruming god; but I dislike those people anyway.

BATTLETECH

Not DRM Free

Multiplayer and online play requires Paradox account. LAN play is not avaliable. Gameplay also suffers from some classic turn based meta gaming problems.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Enhanced Plus Edition

Good core gameplay/story, but needs love

Great and fun core story, rpg elements, and gameplay surrounded by a vast wilderness of game breaking bugs, crashes, occasional straight up unbalanced combat (On any difficulty setting), and unintuitive map reading (finding a *newly* revealed location, or any specific location for a quest requires you to visually scan for the correct pin across the entire map manually).
