Caesar III has to be one of my favourite games ever. I've beaten it at least a dozen times. Every couple of years I reinstall and do it again. A great mix of sim city style building, economy/trade management, and just enough humour to make its incredibly charming. By today's standards it's not overly complex, but managing Caesar's expectations in increasingly unfavourtable map conditions still makes for a fun challenge. Careful, this one will have you saying "just 5 more minutes" until it's 3 AM and you should have been in bed hours ago!
