The game is great. I really liked the presentation and the aesthetics. I like how short it is and doesn't have complex mechanics. You can just start the game and enjoy it on small bursts. No need to get into deep character building mechanics or world building lore. It is just pick up and play. The story is okay. Nothing too convoluted but it's just the set up for the game. It is nothing to write home about either. It's just there for the sake of it. If you are looking for something short and a different FPS experience, pick this up.
I want to start by stating that it was my first time with the game and with the series. I think my experience was enjoyable but it's a game that shows its age. Some of the mechanics are a bit outdated or at least they feel somewhat clunky, i.e. the "parkour" episodes. If come here expecting a current FPS like experience, I don't think you are going to find it here. There story was ok. The game presents it as chapter and the summary is done with a quick voice over before each mission. One of the strong points in the game would be the different settings the characters go through. The team did a good job with variety. Again, I think the game is enjoyable for a first run but I wouldn't go straight for a second run. After finishing the game, there is not much to do as for the campaign. I wasn't able to test the multiplayer so I cannot give my opinion about this.
