I don't really have any experience with the M-Dos LSL games but now that I've played through this game I'm keen to give them a shot, assuming the controls aren't obtuse. Voice acting was great for the most part, dialogue was to be expected, sound design was good, but the art is what really stood out. I've always liked the more toony, comic style art for games like this. Gonna try the next game before I go back and try the original games.
