Thanks to the 1998 upgrade with better graphics. X-Wing purists might want to go for the 1993 version. Was able to use my old CH Flightstick with a 15pin Gameport from the 90s thanks to the Rockfire RM-203 USB adapter. Works just fine. Graphics has faded a bit, but playability is still pretty good.
It's easy to immerse yourself in the game and it demands your attention 100%. I bought it originally when it was published in 1997 and still plays it. Great value for money.
