First off: Yes, this game is totally worth it. The visual style, setting, writing, and sound track are all shockingly original, and executed incredibly well. But, those are all of secondary importance to the one, over arching fact of the game: it is just a lot of fun to play. It reminded me of playing Crash Bandicoot or Spyro from when I was a kid, only with a better story (and on my PC). There is but a single blemish on the entire game's otherwise spotless experience, though, and that is the fact that the final boss fight crosses the threshold of being more frustrating than fun. Otherwise, it was a rather enjoyable experience.
