I do like the stratagies that are involved with this game. To hit more enemies at one turn reminds me of a the game Crono Trigger. The cards are like playing a card board game with other players except this time it is just the dungeon master. For anybody who does like to think for battles more this game I highly recommend.
I will admit this game is a difficult learning curve to play. When I do get to play the game some more I began to understand the game more. I love how to restart every settlement to build up again and with a different rule to learn from. The begging of a game will be a challenge and the challenge does become more when I progress through the game. When I think I do learn all about the game, the new water engine mechanic brings more elements to consider playing the game. I will highly recommend this game to anyone who does live city building.
I have purchased the game and all the DLC's. I love the idea to build a base and to set up farms to get enough material for crafting. The soundtrack is something I would love to listen for most nights. I had issues when it comes to the endgame for the game. I found I did not have enough resources to make the powerful weapons or towers to defend the base. I replayed the game over again and tried to set up many farms to get the resources I need and somehow that has made loading time to last longer and suddenly my game is crashing. I started over again and this time I tried a tip to gather resources through plant farming and now I cannot play my game after I turned it off. I do like this game but I cannot finish the game and I feel very cheated with my money. I cannot recommend this game to anyone.
