Definitive way to play silent hill 4 BUT

This is surely the definite edition of Silent hill 4 but there is a big problem. Patch notes says it was fixed but i still have this problem, alt+tabbing out of the game freezes the pc and inputs, forcing me to shut down the device from the button. I really hope this gets fixed

My Favorite Silent Hill!

I love this game so much! Played it on PS2 back in the day. PC controls work well. Sometimes the audio doesn't sync up with the video but for the most part it works great. It is a terrifying game!

The most bizarre game in the Silent Hill series with lots of creepy moments. Deserves to be played by all Survival Horror afficionados. An instant buy for everyone else who has loves this classic. Now bring on 1, 2, and 3 please, thanks GOG.

This game made me physically ill

Clunky controls are part of the experience. If you have masochistic tendencies or you are a Silent Hill fan that played the previous three games and want to try this one - definitely buy this game. It's the last genuine Silent Hill game made by its original developer team.
