Игра Rebel Galaxy Outlaw разворачивается в замусоленном космическом мире, населённом работягами вне закона, дальнобойщиками, полицейскими и ворами.
Залезь в один из кораблей да пристегнись потуже, чтобы найти на свою голову приключений среди звёзд, свести счёты в грязной космической забегаловке за игрой в октамяч. Тряси головой под круглосуточный рок и влезай в нервотрепещущие драки на космических кораблях.
В Откосном секторе [англ. Dodge sector] выжить нелегко, eщё труднее – свести старые счёты.
Great arcade space game. I have been looking for something similar to Freelancer and the first Galaxy on Fire for Ipad. This is the closest thing i've found.
After a while tough the systems and world gets a bit "samey" - I wish there was more variety both visually in the different systems and storywise. For me i had great fun in this game for around 25 hours, which is well worth it. (Played on PS4 not PC...).
I know it is a little daunting to purchase this game based on the reviews, but I am so glad that I did. I think this is the kind of game where it is either for you or not. If you like this kind of game I think you would love it. If a game where are you “live the life“ and work hard to build your ship, tackle harder and harder challenges, and grow your abilities appeals to you, then you’ll love this game. If you’re just looking for an action shooter, which this has components of, you may be frustrated with the “live the life“ aspects and instead prefer an action oriented shoot them up. However, if you already know that you like this kind of game then go for it. I have been enjoying the heck out of this game for over 15 hours and I have just scratched the surface of the story. I love running the missions, building my Ship, Mining and trading, and I love the character of Juno. This is just a really good game. I also like playing a game of high stakes eight ball in the station bars. Honestly, it’s a good pool simulation in addition to a fantastic space experience.
A fun arcade space outlaw mod friendly game. I tell the same thing in this review as I did in my review of the first game. If you like Cowboy Bebop or Firefly, you´re in for a treat. Is there something in the game you dont like, then mod it to your liking.
First off, ignore most of the bad reviews. Half of them are hung up on the fact this isn't like the other games of the series and the other half just get hung up on non issues.
The game is a pretty fantastic modern take on wing commander privateer. The colors are bright and vibrant, sort of reminds me of a 3D wing commander 1&2. I love it. I'm very tired of these bleak and boring space sims.
Now, I wouldn't say this is fits the modern definition of a space sim. First off, its not slow and painfully boring. This is a fast, fun, arcade like space sim from yesteryear. And that's why its fantastic.
Its not a perfect game, I think the weakest point is the main character and some of the writing. But I have to give it 5/5 to negate these unwarranted one star ratings.
To address some more of the criticism: Some complain the game can basically play itself. That's true only on the easiest setting. Its up to you if you want to be able to use auto-chase and auto tracking guns. The game has a couple of modes where they are disabled.
The other complaint is you can come out of auto-pilot and be under attack. Well that has killed me a hand full of times. But usually that means you are working an area you aren't ready for yet.
I wish it had more of everything, but considering the price point I have no complaints. I wish the whiners wouldn't have shot this game down, I would have loved a sequel.
So I didn't pay full price and to be honest I would not have been disappointed if I had. This is a fun 3D space shooter with some side games - it is straight out of the original Privateer and therefore WingCommander play book. Go here - shoot that - pick up some cargo - drop it off - even has the nav point missions. I thoroughly enjoy playing this game - you can even swap the ingame music for your own mixtape.
Definitely worth the £16 it is on sale for at the moment.
