it's not so big money, but game does not lunch on windows 10.

Windows 11 pro, mid of may 2024 (so with newest service packs). This game does not run. I know, some one tried to make it run but years ago. That time there was different win11. Not it doesnt run. To fix that I installed xp on vm winxp but there are other problems. Wasted money :/

So, while in the past I used to received useful support from GOG, today it seems they only use a broken AI and I cannot even log a ticket to be reached later on. I can understand the bot would not be able to help but at least I would expect it to be able to create a ticket, considering I spent quite some time to provide useful details. Is there an alternative way to reach GOG to receive support for the products they sell? ************************ *ISSUE: The game is not starting. *Details: - I tried launching it from galaxy and from the application file within its folder but nothing seems to work. I've owned this game for years and not once has the unplayability on modern systems been addressed by GOG. Why is it even on sale? This is outrageous.

I would avoid buying it, its nearly unplayable on modern systems. Extremely slow to respond and very choppy in the overworld. In battle or capital works just fine...but you spend most of your time running around the world. Its a shame but avoid the disappointment
