Better Gameplay than the first one
The gameplay is nicer that in the first game and the puzzles are fair. The main downpoint is that the atmosphere is not very horrific. Be careful, should save before doing an alt+tab beause it often freeze the game.

Leaving the player on its hunger
This opus of the trilogy is to be reserved for purists of the genre that love solving enigmas for the love of themselves. Indeed, in spite of a ton of situations to solve and a lot of reflexion phases, the action is too slow to take off and the overall pace of the game is rather slow. You will not find the elements that made BM III unforgettable like esoterism or murder or malediction. This one is purely about mac gyver's long phases of solving action to know a little bit more what is supposed to happen in the third and last episode.A lot of back and forth phases and dispensable action phases that unfortunately lead to no surprise. It is like the phases of actions or enigmas are overly complicated to make the game last longer. This episode is a bit of a disappointment since it lacks what makes the all the greatness of the Title (I and III) No spoiler here but you will have to wait until chapter V to come close to interesting scenaristic and history based related actions...and chapter V is near the end. I would not say it is a bad adventure game in its mechanics and enigmas since it is not, but maybe the third opus makes shade to this one and makes one consider this game as less essential, less thrilling, less surprising. To sum up: for fans only.

Great game, best of the trilogy!
Undoubtedly the best of its series. One of the strong points is how well constructed and logical the puzzles are, not that easy to find in adventure games. Great sound score and voice acting (although my first impression of the main characters voice was of dislike because of a certain teenager accent, but it quickly changed). Witty and funny remarks and some pints of social criticism helped the general satisfaction around this game. In all it was a very pleasant and long journey (over 20 hours). One of the best adventures games I have played!

60% puzzles, 40% story
I've played the first Black Mirror more than 10 years ago, then from DVD. I liked the story. What I didn't like was the puzzles. Now I've bought this part as a sales bundle. Just played through, by using a walkthrough. Honestly, I don't think it is very much worth your time. While the first part feeled more story, less puzzle, this part feels like to story is just a frame to keep the puzzles together. You've got static backgrounds with 3D characters animated into it. In some cases the textures of these characters are really shabby (like of the second character you see when you start up the game). A minor nuisance is the inability to set 2560x1440 resolution. The save menu is a bit odd. At least a sort of switch is appearing after a while if you cannot solve a puzzle in easy mode. Voice acting (English) is OK but the volume mixing is abysmal. Voices are often to quiet while you have to put down pretty much all other volume levels to even understand what is going on. There are quick time events (QTEs), and - similiar to the first game - a very aggressive background music during such sequences. It also isn't very long. Most puzzles are also not very logical and some items you pick up are not used until hours later. The overall playtime (with a walkthrough) took me about two days (like 10 hours).

Warnin: game has a bug
At least my version of game has some kind of bug and it is impossible for me to finish it. --------SPOILER ALERT--------- In one of chapters, when I try to connect fuse with dynomite stick, itjust does not happen :/ Have checked walkthroughs and video of this part in youtube. People actually get it to happen but on my version it just simply ignores me. Not sure if this is version specific bug (bought on GOG) or it just may happen by chance. Previous save restores do not help.
