Demo too short.Terrible combat interface
tl;dr: Tutorial is way too short. Combat system is a clicking nightmare. Healing takes ages and requires RNG-luck. Texts are plenty. Font is too small. Game also uses "Flat buttons" (e.g laurels). Standard buttons are not always in the same place so good luck finding all content. -- My first impression of the demo was actually good. Moody narrating, decisions that count. Albeit too much RNG. But then came the walls of text and ever more walls of text in just too small a font for someone that is not 20 anymore. I camped and suffered time and again party losses to critical RNG fails .. I was attacked, had my fighters severly wounded trying to make sense of the really bad combat action selection system. (I expect to click no more then once to select an attack unless the game needs a target.. but i have to click the button time and again. It could not be more annoying if they raised a popup asking "ARE YOU SURE" after every single freaking action...) I could never pick up any of the loot.. Apparently it is not enough to put weight restraints they also limit the number of slots and stacks. Forcing players to manually recombine 2-3 food stacks after every night is the topping on the cake. But well, who does not love to leave loot behind when you almost got killed for it? Healing is RNG roll related. After 4 nights of camping & using medicine a single Character regenerated whopping 2 of it's lost 8HP. Smells like savescum.. Demo ends before you can complete the quest that sent you out. No way to know about profit margins or how hard it is to replace lost personal Is there an actuall a way to heal your fightes back to full or will they just die next random combat? What should be improved ?: - Use a larger font - Single click attack (+target selection where necessary). - Buttons should look like -BUTTONS- - Standard buttons should be in standard places - Stick with a single restraint for carrying items - Auto combine stacks of the same type of item

great dialogue, combat needs work
gorgeous dialogue with a rich stories, lore and interesting characters. This is something clearly to be savored. Yet, combat is lackluster, feels tedious, strategically superficial and is projected as a brutal affair. While, combat is unforgiving, the distinct sense of a lack of adequate choices leads to a combat system that doesn't feel challenging, but demoralizing, with outcomes that are heavily skewed to the negative. Some small revisions might vastly improve this before launch.

Zapowiada się bardzo dobrze
Wykonanie i stworzone uniwersum wyglądają naprawdę interesująco. Niestety przez moją barierę językową nie dam rady w pełni doświadczyć gry i nie zagram w pełną wersję. Może jeszcze pojawi się polska wersja lub spolszczenie.

A rudimentary game with good writing
The game has a really interesting fleshed out world and lore. Characterization is ok. I recommend this game for people who enjoy dark fantasy novels and some heavy dose of number crunching strategy. if reading whole pages of text and doing calculation on where to buy cheapest and where to sell for the highest gain, then this game is for you. It has some turn based RPG combat although its sparingly used and rudimentary, but it has enough elements to be interesting. Biggest disappointment though, was the larger scale battles when you attack a group or have your caravan ambushed. they are simple dice rolls , with very rudimentary choices of which units to bring to fight and which to hold back. Is a real pity because the setting could have made for some really interesting turn-based strategy battles. presentation as well is rudimentary but decent, artwork and music is good. But dont expect much in the animation department. The game is still in development right now but it has potential.
