Ultima™ 4+5+6

These were all great games to play and enjoy from start to end. An incredible amount of content for the time they were created and a masterful story telling feel. The one thing that seemed to be associated with the version downloaded for GOG were a few bugs in Ultima VI which I didn't encounter in the game from the original disks. Several times if Dupree died the game would stall saying "Not While On A Ship" and once our character turned into one of the Pushme Pullu images and was called Zeta... Also experienced winged gargoyles that could not be hit no matter your level / dexterity at some of the shrines. Most annoying though was that Lord British and nobody in the game recognized when the shrines had been freed - just glad it let me complete the game even though that trigger seemed to fail.

Back in the days when people said gas was cheap, countries were divided and people use to phone each other there was a masterpiece that raised computer gaming in to a whole new level of deep. Lately couple years ago my wife found a sketchbook where I had drawn manually the map, all the spell combinations rest of the important stuff what people needed to be done. Yet none of the games these days make you go this deep with interaction than what Ultima IV did to me back then. For the experience, I thus give thee five stars.

Ultima and then the entire series was the first game and series to keep me seated for hours at a time. The ability to do so many things in a world with towns and other encounters was, in it's day, absolutely enthralling. While other games over time may have taken it's place, the Ultima series will always be my first, best, game of all time. If you like older games, or want nostalgia, I can't recommend the Ultima series enough. 5 out of 5.

In Ultima 5 pc version, I found all armor was completely useless. Is it everyone's problem? I have investigated this problem for days. All armor in this game has no effect. Are you the same? Apple version was confirmed to work. But PC version doesn't work. Armor is totally useless in pc version Ultima 5. Why does nobody say this bug? Please let me know if anyone has solved this problem.
