Opis
TORMENTUM to mroczna gra przygodowa typu „wskaż i kliknij”.
Akcja gry toczy się w koszmarnym świecie jak ze snu, inspirowanym dziełami takich malarzy jak H.R. Giger czy Zdzisław Beksiński. Na ostateczny wygląd i atmosferę duży wpływ miały światy takich gier jak Demon’s Souls czy Dark Seed. Ta niepowtarzalna mieszanka dała początek ponuremu, przygnębiającemu światu.
Problemy jednak dopiero się zaczynają, kiedy sterowiec obniża lot ku potężnemu, ponuremu zamczysku, które wkrótce stanie się jego więzieniem. Tak rozpoczyna się surrealistyczna historia, zacierająca granice pomiędzy snem i rzeczywistością…
Główne cechy:
- ŚWIAT GRY: 3 krainy, o różnej architekturze i stworach je zamieszkujących. Spotkasz postacie z niepowtarzalnymi osobowościami, które ci pomogą albo przeszkodzą w osiągnięciu celu.

Though some adventure game tropes serve as an irritant in this game, the gorgeous artwork and dark story of Tormentum – Dark Sorrow more than make up for it.

It really is unfortunate that Tormentum's puzzles slide in short as the art and characters work together very well, which is only heightened by the solid soundtrack. While the story is mostly barren for a majority of the gameplay, the characters manage to carry your interest in the happenings around you. Ultimately, Tormentum comes close to forming a great point-and-click adventure in 2015, but the lack of variety in the puzzle design really drags down the whole experience.

Great journey: to the realm of guilt
Very appealing to the universe of H.G. Giger, from a Dantesque visi{on of forgiveness or, betrayal. Amazing musica, and a wonderfull atmospheric backgrounds. Congratulations to the artists of this jewel.

Good Geiger-esk Art
Well it has good Geiger style art, an atmospheric story, and simple puzzles. Its a bit short but what there is is good. Owned on STEAM

Great art style
The game looks incredible. Characters, locations, everything's top notch. Puzzles are fairly easy, which means you can finish the game quite quickly. But at least there are some decisions to make which influence (interesting) ending. Very enjoyable game.

The artwork is good and the game is imaginative. Game play is simple and you'll rarely get stuck. It's great that many puzzles are actual logic puzzles, even though they are usually too easy. It's not too long either. What I didn't like is the atmosphere. I believed it would be the game's main strength but instead it's one of the main weaknesses. At least I get a bit thrown off when suddenly I have to play a game of memory (the board game) to solve a puzzle in some kind of forgotten tomb. Memory just brings memories of childhood to me. It's the last game except for Monopoly I'd expect to play in hell. They made several such strange choices that ruin the atmosphere. Dialogue is mostly kind of bad too. It may partially be because of the translator. I just think a lot of it sounds like bad poetry. See one of the screen shots here on the product page for an example. "It is easier for a thousand crows to fly through a fiery mountain than it is for you to pass safely through my entrails, wretched human!" A lot of the dialogue is similar. None of the dialogue sounds natural to me. The characters are all extremely flat even if the dialogue had been good. I wouldn't buy it except for during a sale and/or if you feel drawn to the visual art style. At times it's a solid 3 but most of the time it feels kind of bland. I'm very close to give it a 2.
