Short and simple

The game is definitely distinguishing itself within the point&click adventure genre with its excellent horror/grotesque graphics. This part of the game still does not overshadow several serious issues with the game play this title has: 1) The story is mehhhh. Not really engaging. You are thrown in some place and must get out of it to get to some place that supposed to be important but you don't know really why. This is it. 2) The puzzles are simple, very simple. Not intuitive but really, really simple. The difficulty level is even lower than puzzles in "Lost Lands" on your mobile. I was quite disappointed by that. 3) Morality system for the bad/good ending... to be honest it is again so simplified that you cannot go wrong here. It is an interesting mechanics but one could make it less obvious. Now it is, as somebody here worte, bland. 4) The game is really short. I have finished it in ~3h... . If you value mony for time spent wait for some 80% discount on this title. 5) A feeling of an android port to PC is just overwhelming

it was good

it was good while it lasted defenetly worth my money and time, I did enjoy it. also, great artwork and fun game not to hard not to easy although a little more on the easy side then on the hard side, could have used more puszzels and better story.

Pozytywnie :)

Jestem bardzo pozytywnie i głeboko zaskoczony, szczególnie zakończeniem. Wciągająca fabuła na ponad 5 godzin, oprawa graficzna i dzwiekowa na wysokim poziomie. Dobra robota Panowie . POLECAM .

Atmospheric Puzzle Game

Tormentum: Dark Sorrow was a good experience. The games art style is amazing and the dark moody atmosphere really connected with me. The graphics are very impressive and every screen looks like it could be put in a frame and displayed at and art exhibition. The game itself is sort of an old-school adventure point-and-click adventure game, at little like Myst, but the with difference that the puzzles require very little lateral thinking. Most of the time it is very obvious which objects goes where and which order the different tasks should be approached. Occasionally mini puzzle games (like jigsaws, sliding 15-puzzles, a match pairs memory game, etc.) and while they are enjoyable they are also fast to solve. This isn't a challenging game, more of an experience to enjoy in a single sitting or two. The story is intriguing and revealed both through text, images and a series of moral dilemmas, and it leads to multiple endings, and I was hooked enough to replay the game to see what would happen if I had made different choices. A good game, especially for the amazing art style and atmosphere

Great Title and an Piece of ART

It really depends on your priorities but if you value those things in this order 1) atmosphere 2) fun 3) ...all the other things Then this game is for you, period. The amount of work in this game, the visuals the dialogs and so on is really overwhelmingly great! Some counterarguments for the other comments: As others wrote the puzzles are not challenging but they are FUN! The story is contrary what others say is great, there is nothing revolutionary but if you want a some super elaborate story read a book! Some people say it is short, I say it is NOT LONG, I mean you can finish it in a few hours but what counts is the experience, I would rather spend 3 hours having fun, relax and get inspired by some title like this rather than spend days on some other title that in the end bring me mostly frustration
