very solid mix of RTS and RPG
it's like playing Warcraft III for the first time, highly recommended (both base game + DLCs), game done with love!

A Great RPG, Not so Great RTS
The Role playing component of the game of what I have seen so far is engaging and fun. I can not in anyway understand why the RTS component is a thing. It is frustratingly underwhelming, proving more of annoyance than adding anything to the experience. After a few hours I have given up on even trying to move forwards in the campaign because of it. I wish I could get a refund. instead I will leave a mediocer review to warn others to read reviews around the system. I enjoy both the RPG and RTS genres, yet this has left me sorely dissapointed.

I was unlucky enough to reload a save every level due to a bug that stopped me. A month from now, hopefully, the game breaking bugs will be gone, and new people to the game will love the game much more. I love the idea of making a crpg type game crossed with an rts. If Spellforce gets a sequel (Fourth game more so) and can make everything less shallow, we will have a legendary game. Like Divinity Original Sin 2! My video goes over much more. -Val.

Need tactical pause
this game would be alot better with a real tactical pause the alt pause is literally unusable other than that it is a fine game
