Fascinating protagonists!
It’s a third-person shooter. Simple battles. You can get in cover (as in other similar games). No need to reload your weapons (though I prefer that feature in action games). Three difficulty levels, which can be selected at the beginning of each chapter. The game plays in 16 chapters, of about 25-40 minutes each. About 10 h in total. No manual saving, but there are many checkpoints inside each chapter. You always control only Kane and you can give simple commands to Lynch, or whoever is with you at each moment. Number 1 to order the others to follow you. 2 to have them attack at a specific enemy. 3 to go to a specific spot. Very interesting story between our two different, in character, protagonists and some very good dialogues between the two, as the story progresses! You can clearly see them changing throughout the story. There are two endings, depending on a choice you make at the end of Ch. 15. With one of them, the game ends there. With the other choice (you’ll have to replay the, short, Ch. 15 to make the other choice), you go into Ch. 16. However, neither choice is the “good” one! I don’t just say so, Lynch himself also says so to Kane in both occurrences, as the latter is proceeding forward (after you have chosen)! In both cases, Lynch tells Kane that he should have chosen the other option! I will not spoil further, you can see the endings for yourself. To sum it up, the game surely deserves to be played by people who favor action games.
