A title worthy of its license.

I have not purchased Emperor's Tomb here on GOG yet. But I played it a while back on PC. Emperor's Tomb features interesting locales, characters, and treasures aplenty. Its mechanics feel solid and allow you to trade blows with enemies using your fists but also allow for use of your whip. You can disarm enemies, pull them closer, and traverse environments. The weapons are varied and you can even use improvised weapons like chairs, shovels, wine bottles and more. The visuals were great for their time and have held up surprisingly well. Indy's character model is expressive and the voice actor's fantastic work sounds just like Harrison Ford. This is a title that any Indy fan won't regret picking up and is well worth its $6:00 price tag.

Hunt out the Treasures!

First class adventure game marred by some poor joypad support and a chase cam that needs re-adjusting a lot! For the most part this is a great game. Just as fun as the old Tomb Raider games.

A wonderful game

Having recently joined GOG I thought I ought to contribute something to the community. I bought this game because I have been recently playing modern titles, most of which you can't really dip in and out of. I just wanted something that was fun to play if I had a spare hour or so and this fits the bill perfectly. For a 15 year old game this plays a lot better than it ought to. Yes the controls are a little clunky but they're tolerable. The camera can find itself in angles that aren't necessarily the most useful for game play but again, it's certainly not a deal breaker, more a very minor intrusion when it occasionally happens. It's simple, fun and an absolute steal in the sale. Even though the core game has limited resolutions for the modern time, there are things out there that allow you to alter that. I am currently playing in 1920 x 1080 and it looks great. I only wish a lot of the other "Tomb Raider clones" were as good as this. Highly recommended.

The Contender?

Nope. Go straight to 'Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis,' or 'Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine.' If after all that you still need more Indiana Jones--you then have my blessing to play the weakest of all the contenders.

Great Game

I still have the original CD-Rom of this game. I loved all of it. The cities and locations to explore, the puzzles, the action. I great sale price too. Don't miss out
