Why so boring?
I decided to buy this games bacause I like all those good old games and stuff. But this game actually has little to do with retrogaming. It simply taken few old adventure games' elements and thrown it for no good reason. After playing for 30 minutes game turns into boring 3d adventure.

Sadly not good enough
Idea is simple and REALLY good. Plot is one of the simplest, but that's not really an problem here. It was supposed to be simple and become a pastische of old RPGs. Gameplay-whoe the game is enjoyable until it becomes psuedo-JRPG with random, turn-based battles. I just pushed button and read through my news feed while fighting those battles. End game is also not too good - it feels forced and hastly produced.

an interesting game.
it combines zelda(including an extra heart container) with final fantasy and diablo gameplay along with one town with seiken densetsu 3 style graphics, one town with final fantasy style graphics and one zelda style dungeon. i would recommend it over evoland 2 actually.

Amusing, but easy and short
When you unlock something, the text that goes with it is usually pretty funny. This game was fun to play. It did not last long, about 2 nights for me. In some ways, that's a good thing - you can get your fill of Final Fantasy style fighting without having to commit to the extremely long Final Fantasy game/plot. This game was pretty easy, but worth playing. My only gripe is that it "evolves" way too quickly. Seemed like they had a chunk of game that was too short so they added the evolution thing at the beginning to make a full game. Great idea though!

I liked it
This game will not keep you going for a 5 day break from reality, but it will keep you entertained for a couple of hours. I have played through it several times now and each time I have found some little tidbit that I missed on the other attempts. If it were a bit longer I would be willing to give it a 5 star, but due to its length I can only give 4.
