Etherlords 2

Best way I can sum this game up is that it's an "Old school MTG style card battler with an overworld that you collect resources from, choose your encounters, and purchase new cards with your resources." There are separate factions with definite themes that keep things interesting throughout the playthrough. You start off with little, and will amass a powerful card collection before you know it. Battles are often like puzzles and will require very different strategies as you go from one to the next.

It's a game that deserves a remake

Best rpg/rts/deck building/roguelike game of all time. I am plaing it after 20 years and its still one of the greatest games i've been playing ever. Although PALE mechanics are driving me nuts. I wish there will be possibility to play campaing without them :D 10/10

I have a soft spot for this game, I always return to it after some time. I am big fun of magic the gathering and there's no other single PC game using the MTG rules. Mind there are games with similar rules, but none ever reached out to me as Etherlords did. Not sure, if it's because they are not following the MTG rules so faithfully as etherlords or some other reason, but that's how the things stand for me.

on hard diff its really hard and enemies proc alot ... in one turn my enemys passive proceed 11x so i had to fight it like 8 times to win ... on normal its still interesting play.
